Ieri am ajuns si eu la marsul pentru siguranta femeilor si impotriva violentei domestice DIN ROMANIA si am avut o surpriza mare. Fix in fata guvernului, plin de steagurile Palestinei. Am crezut ca am gresit tara. Am venit din solidaritate pentru FEMEILE DIN ROMANIA caci fenomenul femicidului a crescut alarmant si nu vreau sa traiesc intr-o tara in care tot mai multe femei sunt omorate de partenerii lor.
Dar, spre surprinderea mea, se vorbea despre femeile din Palestina. Stiu ca nu le este usor dar politizarea acestui mars m-a dezgustat complet. Ce treaba avem noi cu femeile din Palestina si cu never end-ingul slogan Free Palestine? Era voba de femeile din Romania nu de cele de pe nu stiu unde.
Ca nu cred ca in Palestina le omoara grija pe ele despre ce se intampla in Romania.
Pe bune?
O mizerie!

Yesterday I also joined the march for the safety of women and against domestic violence IN ROMANIA, and I had a big surprise. Right in front of the government, the place was filled with Palestinian flags. I thought I had landed in the wrong country. I came in solidarity with WOMEN IN ROMANIA because femicide has risen alarmingly, and I don’t want to live in a country where more and more women are being killed by their partners.

But, to my surprise, people were talking about women in Palestine. I know it’s not easy for them either, but the politicization of this march completely disgusted me. What do we have to do with women in Palestine and the never-ending “Free Palestine” slogan? The march was about women in Romania, not from who knows where.
I highly doubt women in Palestine are losing sleep over what’s happening in Romania.
Seriously?
Disgraceful!
