Need Some Help with Sleep?

I am a certified Sleepy Lambs Sleep Consultant, specialising in helping families who are having problems with their little one’s sleep, ranging from newborns to age 6.

I am based in Edinburgh but am able to work with families worldwide. I offer gentle, effective strategies to get your child’s sleep back on track and get your whole family the sleep you need.

Having had struggles with my own children’s sleep when they were younger I know too well how hard life can be when you’re sleep deprived and exhausted. My focus is centred around sleep science and emotional wellness and I offer bespoke solutions to help you get back on track.
