I have been working on this for a while now, and to be totally honest, I’ve never felt more vulnerable offering something this close to my heart!

That being said, my desire to share what I have learned with others is bigger than the fear. And the few times when I taught somebody what I know, it brought me an extreme sense of joy I am willing to feel again ✨

Hello December! The month to really slow down and go inwards, so I thought maybe you’d be interested in experiencing craniosacral therapy. There is plenty of information online - thank you internet. But I thought I would give you my personal view on this therapy. Not an easy thing to put in words but I tried!

I am taking a break in January to learn new techniques away from Skye and also fuel my love for traveling and learning from others.

I can’t wait to share it with you once I am back . In the meantime there is still 4 weeks till I am away.

December is my favourite month to really go inwards and reflect. If you feel like you need to take some time for yourself I would love to be the safe hands to hold you!
