Our therapeutic group will gently explore themes that support steadiness and capacity in everyday life.

We’ll work with:

Regulation - supporting the nervous system to settle and feel safer

Nervous system awareness - noticing patterns, signals, and responses

Resilience - building steadiness without pushing or overriding yourself

Capacity - understanding your limits and learning to work with them

Learning the language of the body - listening to what your body is communicating, without judgement

There’s no pressure to master or fix these things. It’s more about noticing them and opening the door to working with them.

We’ll meet them slowly, through gentle somatic practices, rest, and shared presence - always at your pace.

This is about deepening relationship with yourself, within the support of a well-held group.

Please get in touch if you have any questions, if you’re ready to book, the link is in the bio.

Bookings are now open for our new therapeutic closed group for women, beginning on Tuesday 24.02.

We’ll meet weekly in a small, consistent group, creating a steady and supportive space for women living with anxiety, overwhelm, stress, or trauma.

This is a closed group, meaning the same people meet each week. That consistency allows familiarity, safety, and trust to build over time. There’s no pressure to share, speak, or perform - everything is optional and at your pace. You are the one in charge.

Sessions will be grounded in nervous system support & gentle somatic practice.

Some example themes

Nervous system regulation.
Resilience & capacity.
Learning the language of the body.

You can contact me at hello@katiesayles.com, or book a free discovery call to check in before booking, or you can find the direct booking link in my bio.

Our new therapeutic closed group 😌 Who is it for?

This group is for women who are living with anxiety, overwhelm, stress, or trauma, who are looking for support that feels gentle and holistic.

If you feel nervous about group spaces, but you know you don’t want to do everything alone anymore - this space is for you too.

This will be a closed group, meaning the same people meet each week. Familiarity builds. Trust has time to grow. You become more comfortable over time. There’s no pressure to share, speak, or explain yourself - everything offered is optional.

Sessions will be simple & grounded in nervous system care. We’ll use gentle somatic practices and moments of rest to support regulation and connection, always respecting each person’s pace.

The group begins on 24.02 and runs in four week phases. We do suggest you commit for at least 3 months to receive the most benefit and offer your group the consistency needed for change.

If something in this speaks to you, you’re very welcome to get in touch to book a welcome call, or just book straight on.

Our therapeutic closed group, who is it for?

This group is for women who are living with anxiety, overwhelm, stress, or other mind-body struggles - who are looking for ways to support themselves holistically, in a group setting.

We are aware that the group element may be completely nerve-wracking, completely exciting - or anything inbetween. You are fine to join nervous and unsure.

A closed group is where the same people meet each week. Over time, it’s really likely that you’ll become more comfortable with the group.

This could also be great for those who have hit a wall with talking therapy, or who are looking for something to compliment their talking therapy / other therapies.

You do not need any official diagnosis to join - if you are a woman and you feel you’d like to explore some holistic methods to support your mind-body health. This is for you.

Please contact if you are unsure, and if you’re ready to book your place you can click the link in the bio 🌷

What I’m reminded of again and again in my work is how hard we try to do things on our own.

So many women I work with have read the books, learned the tools, and worked really hard to cope - yet still feel unsettled or overwhelmed in their bodies.

This isn’t because they’re failing.

It’s often because we can only get so far in isolation.

Relationship is part of our blueprint as humans. Group work, safe community spaces & friendly faces provide a healing space that we can’t access alone. We might not always realise it - but community is in our bones.

For many of us, the original wound was created in relationship - and it makes sense that repair often needs something relational.

This is why I care so deeply about creating well-held group spaces. Being with others, in a steady and supportive container, can offer something that no amount of self-work alone can.

I am opening a new therapeutic closed group in a couple of weeks. The bookings are open, please get in touch if you think this is for you.

This winter, we’re opening a new therapeutic closed group at Grow 😌

This group is for women who are navigating things like anxiety, overwhelm, stress - and who are looking for holistic, consistent support within a familiar group.

In a closed group, you’ll practice with the same people each week, allowing trust and safety to build over time. Sessions will be slow, grounded, and supportive, with no pressure to share or perform in any way.

The group will be led by Katie, who has been holding therapeutic groups & 1-1s at grow for nearly two years. Katie is a mental health nurse, somatic coach, embodiment facilitator, and yoga teacher, and her sessions are rooted in nervous system care, community, and respect for each person’s pace.

This is not about fixing or forcing change. It’s about creating a steady space where regulation, connection, and support can gently unfold.

I’ll be sharing more details soon. Love,

Katie & Elisha
