Over the last couple of months, I’ve been tweaking the recipe for my winter porridge, so that it is even more delicious than before :)
My porridge pots have always been refined sugar free, high protein, absolutely nothing ultra processed and grab and go ❤️
I took some time out last year as I was working on a Sport England funded research study exploring wellbeing, self-care and what keeps us motivation. I was lucky enough to interview incredible people who shared so much wisdom with me, writing up the research - almost 50000 words was no easy task 🫣 but it was such a rewarding experience, I feel like it’s given me a deeper understanding of how life’s experiences can impact us, and how by supporting each other we can be the best version of ourselves ❤️
