The 4 phases of my shambolic handstand attempts 🥴
Postural control, balance, core and shoulder strength & stability. All in all an important movement to master. The handstand ticks a lot of boxes at once. Very efficient for those that are pushed for time🌟

If you love a workout and love a full English... READ THIS!⚠️🍽
The Full English Breakfast can often be deemed unhealthy. 🧐
I think it's great! Why?
1. Protein is vital! There's a f*ck load of protein in a full English.
2. There's a well-balanced macronutrient profile (carbs, fats, protein).
3. Tomatoes & mushrooms come in with a NICE load of micronutrients (antioxidants, Vit C, K & potassium).
Also, if we think smart here, the best way to use the calories to our advantage would be to have your full English close to a workout.
Pre-workout Full English 90min to 2 hours before you train will power you through any workout.
Post-workout Full English consumed 1-2 hours post session, with it's dense macronutrient profile. Will supercharge your recovery and anabolism (getting you those RESULTS!)
Whatever your goal, a Full English Breakfast before or after a workout is a great thing.

At the moment Irene & I are learning a new lunge variation. Laying the foundations for strength, stability and balance, to help her remain confident in her movement and withstand anything the environment throws at her. 💪🏼
Unilateral work will also benefit athletic performance and help to iron out imbalances.⚽️🏉🥊
