Hi,
I'd like to explain to anyone thinking about joining me, for one of my Guided Meditation Sessions. If you've never experienced this type of relaxation therapy, you may not realise how simple but beneficial it is.
All that's needed from you, is that you make yourself comfortable, either sitting or laying down, in a calm relaxed atmosphere, with tranquil music.
Once you're feeling comfortable & at ease, I will read to you, from one of my many scripts.
The first part of the script is to relax the body and calm the mind.
After only a few minutes your whole body will feel totally relaxed & tension free.
I will then guide you into a beautiful world of make believe, where you will use your imagination to travel to different beautiful locations.
Sometimes floating on a raft on the calm, pale blue sea.
Or sleeping in the forest under the moon light, looking up at the starry sky.
All my scripts are aimed at connecting with yourself, with nature & the universe.
They all contain positive messages, that your mind will absorb whilst in meditation. Positive messages help you to relax, they help with motivation, with letting go, with self confidence. They can sooth an anxious mind, calm anger, all of which helps towards a happier more content life.
My scripts do not contain any religious or spiritual content. Some people do feel spiritual when in meditation, but that is upto the individual.
At the end of your meditation journey, I will count you back into your present surroundings.
GROUP SESSIONS ARE HELD EVERY THURSDAY 7pm .
