How do you create a sustainable body transformation if you lack motivation? How do you eat healthy if you are always on the go in this crazy world? Or work shifts?

How do you find the time to food shop, prep, and train…if you're a busy mum or have a full time job?

How do you justify buying one of those crazily expensive gym memberships if you barely go?

Why's it so nerve-racking to choose an outfit for a night out?

And should you even be weighing food?

Or maybe counting calories?

Do you really need pricey supplements?

If so, how do you know which ones actually work?

Is the constant battle to look good really worth it?

Anyone actually noticing the change?

Can you really get sustainable results without living in the gym and eating nothing but salad?

And when should you have a cheat day? (And how the heck do you even do it?) Do you even have the willpower to keep going?

Once food is in our mouth, our teeth rip, grind and shred it into smaller pieces with the help of our powerful jaw muscles 🦷

Our saliva moistens the food and saturates it with enzymes that start to break it down. Our tongue tastes the food and eventually pushes it back into our throat to swallow 😋

Our omnivore teeth allow us to chew many different types of foods. Based on the amount of force they produce for their size; our jaw muscles are among the strongest in our body! 💪🏼

Chewing also stimulates pleasurable neurotransmitters which is one reason why we may enjoy eating, and also why we chew on things when we are anxious!
