We have our next ‘Equalitea’ Community Cafe on Friday February 6th at Meadow, Ruskington Community Hub. This is a friendly supportive group for adults with LD, ASD or complex needs. Family & Carers welcome, with free activities & refreshments.

Every 1st Thursday of the Month we hold a Young Adults Group at The Wellbeing Centre at The Maltings at 1pm-3pm. A safe space to chill out, and meet new people. Free refreshments! Open to new ideas and ways to spend this time. Hope to see you there!
