Well it was Cathy’s turn to brew up the Yorkshire Tea at the 5.30 Shirebrook session last night… and let me tell you she absolutely smashed it again!
My second Cathy-crafted cuppa in a week and it was bloody marvellous. A proper cracking brew.

The hunt for the Best Slimming World social team tea maker rolls on into next week… but Cathy’s definitely set the bar high! ☕️😂

Four weeks until Christmas and I am still absolutely buzzing to be welcoming brand new members into our Slimming World family. What a time to join because the last two to three weeks have been incredible.

My members have really stepped it up. The changes they are making are inspiring and the results are pouring in. The scales are showing it. The confidence is showing it. And the milestone awards are coming in thick and fast right in time for the festive season.

I cannot tell you how proud I am of every single person who has walked through my doors this month. You are proving that you can enjoy the lead up to Christmas and still make life changing progress.

I will let the photos do the talking because these achievements deserve to be celebrated.

If you want to finish 2025 feeling lighter brighter healthier and part of something special you are more than welcome to join us.
