Forest Wytch Holistic Therapies Love, Light, Cacao.πŸ’– A good wytch on most days. My educational background is in History and Human Services with a focus on Psychology. Be good to yourself.

Perfectly Imperfect spiritual gangsta, getting souls lit in a different way. πŸ§™β€β™€οΈ Offering Reiki, Swedish and Indian Head Massage, Ear Candling, Angel Card /Tarot Readings, Spell Kits, Spell Jars, and occasional Esoteric Ephemera. I have previously worked in the Care and Education sectors. Voracious reader, cat mom, dreamer, wanderer and lifelong learner. IPHM certified in Swedish Massage, member of the Guild of Holistic Therapists, Reiki Master, Tarot Card reader, Forest Lover. I believe that we are all connected as one and have an inner light that shines bright when we love each other and ourselves. The forest is where my soul feels most at home. It is a wonderful space for healing, and the stillness is conducive to clearing the mind, which can be a vast woodland of its own. Sometimes there are obstacles β€˜hidden’ deep in the forest of our subconscious. These can be unresolved issues from the past, physical or psychological trauma, pain, stress, depression or anxiety. We are too busy with what is going on in the mind just to get through the day instead of paying attention to the inner self. This creates an imbalance or blocking of energies that can manifest in our relationships, wreak havoc on our bodies and affect our self-confidence. It is my goal to meet you on your path in the forest to help alleviate the obstructions that prevent you from progressing. The treatments I provide help to promote clarity, relaxation, healing, and a general sense of well-being. In addition, I offer Angel Card and Tarot readings to explore the energies connected with you on your path. I look forward to meeting you in the wildwood of the soul.

Mossy elemental spirit, a guardian of green thresholds. A voice of an ancient forest spirit, who embodies the quiet wisdom of nature’s slow cycles. It reminds us that even in stillness and decay, there is deep knowing, and that the moss-covered stone holds stories of transformation, rootedness, and the unseen magic of the green world.

Magical Hawthorn Tree βœ¨πŸ§šπŸ»πŸ’–

Known as the Faery Tree, is a sacred guardian of thresholds and portals to the non-ordinary reality (otherworld). In Irish lore, it’s protected by the SΓdhe, and disturbing it is believed to bring misfortune. These trees are honored with offerings and clooties, marking their role as keepers of liminal space and faery blessing.

🌳Hawthorn’s Medicine:
Hawthorn is the heart’s guardian, offering emotional healing, protection, and resilience through grief, heartbreak, and ancestral wounds. As a faery tree and threshold keeper, it anchors rituals at liminal times and opens safe passage between worlds. Its spirit medicine strengthens boundaries while inviting deep love, courage, and connection to the non-ordinary reality.

🌸 Ritual Invitations:
* Clootie Trees: Tie fabric strips to hawthorn branches with prayers for healing.
* Heart-Centered Journeying: Sit beneath a hawthorn to meditate on love, forgiveness, or emotional resilience.
* Faery Offerings: Leave milk, honey, or song at the base of a lone hawthorn to honor the SΓdhe.

Fairy from Irish Folklore
━━━━━━━━━━━

If Irish folklore ever had its own heartbreaker, it’d be the Gancanagh β€” a fae so smooth, he could probably charm the bark off a tree. His name literally means β€œLove-talker,” and that’s exactly what he does: talk mortals into falling for him.

The Gancanagh usually appears as a handsome wanderer, lounging in misty fields or along forgotten roads, puffing on a clay pipe like he’s in a perfume ad for heartbreak. His specialty? Enchanting mortal women with words sweeter than honey and promises as thin as fairy smoke.

Once the poor victim is properly lovestruck, he vanishes β€” no goodbye, no text, no β€œit’s not you, it’s me.” Just gone. Those left behind are said to waste away from longing, because apparently ghosting was invented by fairies.

He’s not exactly evil β€” more like the fae embodiment of that one person you definitely shouldn’t text back.

In older tales, people claimed that meeting a Gancanagh could leave you bewitched or love-sick, and that the clay pipe he smoked carried a faint scent of enchantment. Whether he’s a solitary fairy or a member of the broader Aos SΓ depends on the region, but all stories agree: he’s trouble with great hair.

So if you ever meet a mysteriously attractive stranger on an Irish moor, pipe in hand and charm at full blast… maybe keep walking.

The hawthorn tree is revered as a guardian of thresholds and a portal to the faery realm. Healing and transformation happen in liminal spaces, between grief and grace, between the visible and invisible, when we approach with reverence rather than fear. The hawthorn invites us to listen deeply, reminding us that the soul knows how to navigate the mysteries when we honor the unseen.
