Did you know you don’t have to wait until 8am to call us? Our online triage form opens at 7:30am each weekday – meaning you can let us know what you need earlier, without the phone queue! 📱💻

Your request will be treated in the same time order and priority as if you’d called – it just saves you waiting on hold and helps our team get to everyone more smoothly.

We understand not everyone is comfortable online, and that’s okay – our phone lines are still open for anyone who needs them. But if you can, please give the online form a try – it’s quick, secure, helps us help you faster and It allows you to give more information than you would normally tell a receptionist
