NO MOBILE PHONE AT THE MOMENT
Currently suffering a mobile handset malfunction.
Therefore I cannot access my messages, whatsapp, emails or apps easily.
Hoping it's a temporary and fixable glitch.

(Firing up an old handset as I type this on my laptop)

SORRY for any delays in replying to your messages.
If you urgently need me I will try to keep messenger open on my laptop and check it sporadically or after 5pm you can get me via Ritchie George's mobile.

THANK YOU 2025.

A lot happened.
Moved house, and with it Oak Strength moved business premises.
Some clients moved on, some clients started out and many stayed with Oak Strength throughout.

I lived, experienced and did many things in my personal and professional life. Many first's, some last's, many unplanned and some very intentionally planned.

I learned more about my brain wiring, my body and it's inner health.

I grew stronger in my conviction that we have to appreciate the now, as really do not know what may occur to us, our loved one's or anyone else in the very near or distant future.

A year of much reflection.
A year of people, places and things.
