When I was going through my own fertility journey, I felt overwhelmed by so much that was out of my control. After studying I learned so much of my health was actually in my I control.✨

By focusing on daily practices that supported my hormones, reduced stress, and optimized my health, I was able to take some power back into my own hands. 💪🏼💛

🌸 Happy Mother’s Day! 🌸

Did you know that flamingos go through a unique experience after giving birth? After a flamingo has a baby, it undergoes a transformation: it loses its vibrant colour for about two years. This process may seem like a loss at first glance, but it’s a powerful reminder of the sacrifices and changes that come with motherhood.

Just like the flamingo, mothers experience a shift in their lives. Motherhood doesn’t begin when you’re pregnant or when you hold your baby for the first time – it starts long before that. It starts with the longing, the anticipation, the hopes, and the dreams. It starts with the decision to embark on this incredible journey, knowing that it will change us in ways we can’t even imagine.

This year, I’ve had the privilege of witnessing so many clients allow me to be part of their special journey to motherhood. It has been an incredible honor to share in their joy, excitement, and anticipation as they prepare to welcome their little ones into the world. Each experience has reaffirmed the beauty and resilience of motherhood, and I am grateful for the opportunity to be a part of such a meaningful journey.

As we celebrate this special day dedicated to mothers, I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to my incredible mum and to all the beautiful nurturing women I have around me.

Your love, strength, and guidance have shaped me into the person and mother I am today. Thank you for always being there for me, for your support, and for showing me the true meaning of unconditional love.
