🌹 The Stone That Called Me 🌹

Today this stone found me. From the outside it looks rough, chalky, even ordinary. But inside? A glossy, dark core — sharp, clear, alive.

This is flint. Ancient people used it to spark fire, to make tools, to guard thresholds. And as soon as I held it, I felt its message:

💫 “I am a threshold stone. I protect the doorway. I spark the light.”

Here’s a simple way you can work with a stone like this:

Hold it in both hands. Breathe slowly, letting your body settle.

Speak a blessing: “Stone of fire and shell, guard my doorway. Spark my inner flame.”

Place it on your altar or near a candle. Let it be the marker that your space is safe and sacred.

Every stone has a story. This one reminds me: healing often hides beneath protection, and fire can be sparked from the darkest places.

✨ I’m curious — has a stone ever called to you? What did it say?

I cry a river for the young ones

I cry a river for the small ones —
for children learning war’s new language,
for souls that barely know their name.
I cup my hands and send a wish:
a smile, a soft place to land,
a light that remembers how to love.

Archetype Message of the Day ✨
See how the Witch moves between light and dark — knowing that blending is the art.

This isn’t a reprimand. It’s an invitation to practice mature containment:
to hold tenderness and edge at once,
to let shadow have a seat without letting it take over.

The Witch reminds us that wisdom lives in balance, not denial. Light and dark are not enemies — they are threads of the same weave.” 🌹

Where in your life are you being asked to hold both tenderness and edge?

✨ *Movement Is Medicine* ✨

This weekend at Om & Bass, I danced until my body remembered what freedom feels like.

Movement has always been my way back home — a way to shake off stress, soften the weight I carry, and remind my nervous system that I am safe here. Every laugh, every step, every sway was a homecoming to myself.

This is the heart of my Bloom Path: using movement, play, and connection to return to wholeness. Because our bodies are our soul houses — and when we move, we

When was the last time you let yourself dance just for the joy of it?

The Tunnel of Blue

I travelled through the tunnel of blue,
and at the end, I was met by you.
Gramps, you opened a hidden door,
and showed me the childhood that once was yours.

The ancestors gathered, their voices the same:
"You carry our joy, you carry our pain.
Our weary fragments flow into you,
yet in your healing, we’re mended too."

I felt their stories, their tired song,
rooted within me, both fragile and strong.
But as the spark of becoming grew,
their broken pieces returned to new.

For when I find the magic in me,
their scattered parts find rest, set free.
Wholeness is never mine alone—
it brings us all together,
it calls us home.

Reflection Prompt

If your Grandparent ancestors could sit beside you now,
what parts of their stories—joy or pain—
do you feel alive within you,
and how might your own wholeness bring them peace?

No More Crumbs

I once said, *no more crumbs for me,*
Yet still you tossed them carelessly.
My heart had grown with hope, not pride—
A quiet need I couldn’t hide.

I told myself, *perhaps, just stay,*
That maybe I had judged that way
Too fast, too sharp—too black or white—
Your crumbs once sparkled in the light.

But then I saw them for their truth:
Not steady love, not something smooth.
Just fragments, tossed without real care—
Not love, not presence, nothing there.

And so again, I turn away,
No longer lost in disarray.
I’ve learned to see the signs you show,
The way you give, the things you throw.

Perhaps you only have small bits,
And I’ve made peace with all that fits.
But still I wish you more one day—
A world to hold, not throw away.

Until that time, I’ll walk my way,
And leave your crumbs where they must stay.

Reflective Prompt
What have I mistaken for love or care in the past, and what does true, mutual giving feel like to me now?

🌹 "The Door Between Us

Is your heart now closed to mine?
Do you pretend that all is fine?
Do you feel me near at all,
Or did you build too high a wall?

I stand outside in quiet grace,
Longing just to see your face.
Not to fix or make you bend,
But simply hold what will not mend.

I gave you life, I gave you song,
But maybe now it feels all wrong.
Still, my arms are open wide,
Even when you choose to hide.

Do you recall the times we shared—
The way I showed you that I cared?
Or have the years and hurt grown tall,
So you can’t feel my love at all?

When you shut the door so tight,
I fade into the edge of night.
Not gone, but held in time’s soft glue—
Still dreaming of the real you.

I’ll stay right here, I won’t let go,
Through every high, through every low.
If ever you reach out once more,
You’ll find me waiting at the door.

Reflective Journal Prompt:

If there’s someone I’ve felt distanced from perhaps my child, or my parent—what words in my heart remain unspoken?
What would I say if I trusted they would truly hear

My heart and soul call out to you,
Not dressed in gold, not hidden new.
But as I am no mask, no show,
Just roots that deepen as I grow.

See me whole, not torn apart,
See the aching, tender heart.
I’ve walked through fire, I’ve breathed in grace,
Now stand before you, soul to face.

Not here to shine or beg or prove,
But still as earth, I will not move.
Or if I sway, then let it be,
A dance of truth, not fear in me.

Without this body, I still remain,
A thread of stars, a drop of rain.
So hold me not in just one view
But feel the pulse that carries through.

🌸 Reflective Prompt:
Place your hands upon your womb or heart.
Breathe gently. Ask:

What part of me longs to be seen and loved as I truly am?
Let the answer rise softly, like petals opening.

🌸 Inner Child Tarot – Message for Today
Card: Four of Wands (Reversed)

Not every celebration is loud.
Sometimes, it’s just remembering that you are already enough.

You don’t need to earn your place.
You are already worthy of love, even in the quiet moments.”*

💗 You’re allowed to feel at home in yourself.

You were never meant to fit their mold—your magic lies in your becoming.

So many of us were shaped by expectations, labels, and stories that never belonged to us. This image is a gentle reminder: your power isn’t in who they told you to be—it’s in the truth you uncover when you begin to unlearn, unravel, and return to yourself.

Becoming who you truly are is a sacred unfolding. Honour every step. Honour your becoming.

Hey lovely ones,

creating some altar cards for my Beltane altar. I really love making altars for the turning of the seasons it’s such a beautiful way to stay connected to the energy that’s moving all around us.

I'm thinking about what I want to add, how it’s all coming together, and it just makes my heart so happy.

I like to add a little altar card to each one something simple I can use for daily blessings and a bit of magic.

Here’s a blessing from my heart to yours:

May the fires of Beltane ignite your spirit,
May the bees of Beltane bless your work,
And may the flowers of Beltane open your heart to all that blooms.

Blessed day to you.

“Some day you will be old enough to start reading fairy tales again.”
C.S. Lewis

I saw this quote and felt it land in the centre of my heart.

Because I believe we don’t outgrow magic we just forget it for a while.

This dandelion, soft and wild, reminded me of that.
Of wishes we made with our whole hearts.
Of stories we once believed were real.
Of the little voice within that still wants to dance barefoot, speak to stars, and feel held.

That’s what my work is about.
Not just crafting dolls or altar tools,
but creating soft spaces where the inner child is seen, heard, and held.
Where wonder returns.
Where the spiral of remembering begins again.

Maybe you’re already old enough to read fairy tales again.
Maybe the Blooming Child in you is ready to whisper her story back to you.

Let the soft magic return.
