This year has been full of curious bodies, stubborn pain puzzles, light-bulb moments and lots of learning together.

The saccule — a tiny part of the inner ear — helps your brain understand where you are in space.

A gentle check-in with this clever little system helped the body feel more balanced…
and that “shallow squat” started to find a little more depth.
