Meet the amazing Lucinda, the second member to hit 100 classes at the Movement for Life Studio! 🎉

Loving my Thursday evenings with 💪
BoxFit at 7:15pm has become one of my favourite parts of the week. It’s such a fun and friendly class, and I really appreciate how Pip keeps a close eye on technique to make sure we’re doing everything safely and effectively. As many of you know, I’m all about correct technique!
BoxFit is a great addition to my weekly exercise routine—I love mixing things up and keeping it varied.
Highly recommend this class!

Start your journey with our Beginner Reformer classes—gentle, supportive, and perfect for getting started. Join Rachael on Saturday mornings or Cathi on Wednesday mornings.
 
💪 Intermediate Level?
If you’ve been practising for a while, check out Reformer Flow with Cathi on Wednesday mornings—a great way to build strength and deepen your practice.

✨ Need a midday boost?
Join Cathi on Friday lunchtimes for a refreshing class that will leave you feeling energised and ready for the weekend.
