It’s been a while for me presenting to a group since I left Teaching 4 years ago and I have to say I was quite nervous but soon got back into the swing of things and thoroughly enjoyed myself - so did all my audience and they loved the interactive exercises detecting their own Bio-Magnetic Energy! Thankyou Brewood WI 🤲

I felt very privileged to be invited to this event this week: Skills for Success: Today’s Needs, Tomorrow’s Workforce at Weston Park and thank you Jody Fox, Lucy Adams and Wayne Dutton CMgr MCMI for that - it truly was a master class of networking in a beautiful hospitality event.

📶 I made a great connection with Kathy England Partnerships Development Manager at Keele University and already made arrangements to be a part of their Students Placements Projects, which I am really excited about.

📶I also got to meet the lovely Vikki Brooks before I join her South Staffs Business Club on Friday, which I am very much looking forward to and met Bethan Atkinson who will be presenting there about how to use AI and Alison Duckworth FCIM who will be attending the Brewood Means Business network group next week 😊.

It’s not just Reiki you receive when you visit me……you get years of experience in mentoring and listening, so you can let go of whatever is troubling you in this tranquil and confidential space. There is no judgment only compassion and plenty of tissues if you need them ❤️

As the new academic year starts, I am thinking of dear friends who are teachers and colleagues I used to work with in the teaching profession 🧑‍🏫🙌.

Many of you will be feeling anxious about getting back into the incredible work load which seems to increase year on year - but you do it because you care about children and their education ❤️📚.

Remember to take time 🕰️ out for you and your families, as you cannot give from an empty cup ❤️‍🩹🫶…..go for a 🚶🏽‍♀️ walk, meditate 🧘 and listen to your body.
