Are you an empath? As the functions increase, social interactions rise and you are out an about more, be conscious of your energy. If you are an empath you may feel these energies more strongly and they might leave you feeling depleted, anxious or stressed.
You can use the tools in chapter 2 of my book Be Free to Support you.
These are some of the things I share in my Metamorphosis group programme and also my book.
1: Cleanse your energy daily; think showering with intention, sweeping your aura with a selenite wand, or use lemon oil to cleanse.
2: Protect your energy daily; consciously invoke protection by imagining a bubble of light, carry a smoky quartz crystal,
3: Ground daily; time in nature, using grounding oils or crystals
4: Plenty of rest. Ensure good sleep.
