Health Improvement Team Moray Welcome to the Health Improvement Team Moray page.

The Health Improvement Team aims to enable people and communities to improve their health and wellbeing by addressing the wider determinants of health. We do this through supporting the Moray Health and Social Care Partnership in embedding prevention and health improvement as part of its core business. We collaborate with our partners in the planning and implementation of health improvement activities, based on an understanding of the local population needs. We actively work to improve the circumstances which have an impact on health such as poverty, housing, education and employment, in order to create the conditions for individuals and communities to improve their own health and reduce inequalities.
