Life doesn’t always go as planned. You might be struggling with grief, feeling anxious about the future, or stuck in patterns that leave you exhausted and unfulfilled. Maybe your relationships feel strained, or work has become overwhelming.

Everything happens in God’s time.

One day, it will all make sense—the timing, the trials, the triumphs. Everything that happened led you exactly where you needed to be.

Trust that every step in your journey, even the detours, was necessary to protect, guide, and position you for greater things.

Embrace the divine timing of your life's path. Your story is unfolding exactly as it's meant to. 🌟 ⌛

Be comfortable in your own skin.
Know who you are.

Understand deeply that what people do is never a reflection of you and is always their perception of life.

You are not for everyone and they are not always for you.

When you are not included, invited, or considered, whisper to yourself, “Thank you for the space necessary in my life for the people that matter most to me. I am blessed.” 🤍

(Make peace with the fact that people hold different versions of you in their mind. Ultimately, who you know yourself to be is what matters the most.-unknown)

True!!!

We spend most of our lives depending on others for our well-being. Caretakers and family are our initial sources of health and happiness. Naturally, we rely on others for survival. In the following stage of life, we begin to realize that we have unique needs. While these needs may still be partially met by others, we become more conscious and aware of what makes us feel good.

Eventually, as you age and become more socially, physically, and financially independent, you begin to meet a majority of your own needs. Unfortunately, some struggle to become emotionally independent, too. If you often lacked boundaries and self-esteem, rarely had your needs met, and developed dysfunctional attachment styles, you’re more likely to be co-dependent and outsource your happiness.

Joy is an inside job, and while others can very well contribute to it or even spoil a mood if they try, there’s an internal happiness that is only yours and remains untouched by external circumstances or outside influences. But you have to claim it and nurture it as your own.

Internal happiness runs deeper than the kind you share with others. From it grows confidence, courage, willpower, resilience, and inner peace. It’s a source of empowerment, self-love, and a quiet place for you to return to when times get rough. So, how can you reclaim this hidden treasure?

• Set boundaries that protect your peace and prioritize your well-being above all else.

• Take ownership of your emotions and experiences, recognizing that you can cultivate joy in every moment.

• Begin by honouring your needs and desires, embracing every facet of your being with compassion and kindness.

• Release the burden of seeking approval from others, and instead, nurture a deep sense of worthiness that stems from within.

• Remember that happiness is not a destination to reach but a journey to be embraced. It resides within you, waiting to be uncovered and celebrated.

A wellspring of bliss resides within you, waiting to be uncovered and celebrated. Your happiness is your birthright. Reclaim it today.
