Hermitage House Care Home At Hermitage House we care for up to 67 older people with residential and dementia care needs

Hermitage House Care Home in Thrapston provides long-term and short-stay respite residential and dementia care. Located in the heart of Thrapston, the care home has good connections with the local community. The sixty-seven-bed home has been purpose-built and features an inviting lounge and dining areas, a pub, an entertainment suite, a private dining room, and a hair and pamper salon. Residents enjoy daily fine dining with a choice of healthy and nutritious meals.

Last couple of days at Hermitage House Care Home 🏡

Creating smiles and laughter is why we love what we do. It's all about having fun ☺️

We have enjoyed our trips out, our weekly quiz, Our singing sessions, pamper sessions, dancing and we throughly enjoyed Fred sharing some beautiful poetry with us today. Some of our residents also shared poems even ones they have written themselves 👏

Great week so far 🥰

Halloween at Hermitage House Care Home 👻

We started off the day decorating cookies and 🎃 carving,

Then onto our spootacular party 🥳 very talented singer Charlie, bringing Halloween themed tunes for us to enjoy 🧙‍♀️🧙‍♂️

Party food and gross looking cocktails 🍸

Followed by homemade games to play and welcoming little trick or treaters 👽👻☠️🤡

What a fun filled day 💜

This Friday is of course Halloween,

Why not 'trick or treat' us at Hermitage House Care Home 😌

We will be opening our doors to little ghouls between 4-5pm only...

We will have a few homemade games to play and of course sweeties. 🍭🍬

Our residents have made some spooky decorations 🤪

Only little monsters please, 💜
