After taking a little pause over the holidays (and life doing its thing!)
I’m so happy to be bringing back our Friday morning class - a beautiful way to ease into the weekend and reconnect through movement, breath, stillness & community. (If anyone fancies a little coffee & chat afterwards - I’m there!)

What’s this class all about…
This class begins with gentle/moderate movement based in Kundalini Yoga to release & free tension from the body.
We will then go deeper using the powerful tools gifted to us through Kundalini Meditation, these will include, mantra mudra & pranayama. Each week I will share a different meditation.
For the perfect end to your practice, you will be soothed by the healing vibrations of the gong for an extended Savasana.
This class will get energy moving, teaching & guiding you in some deeply transformative techniques that will support you to build an amazing tool kit to help in your day to day life.
