High standards are important to me.

If I am trusted by an individual to support them in making exciting life changes, I will do everything I can to make sure I am qualified, competent, and skilled.

You deserve to feel the good stuff.

If you have very high expectations of yourself, ask how they are making you feel.

Do you often feel frustrated? Do you have a constant sense of urgency? Does your head feel full and heavy? Does anything ever feel quite good enough?

Life is too short not to fully enjoy the present.

Placing too much emphasis on an end goal can lead to missing joys of the present.

Having a compass. A vision. A goal. These bring excitement and drive.

But consider whether your end goal is dominating your life at the cost of joys of the present.

It's been a wild ride so far!

Leaving the stability of corporate life for self-employed life comes with ups and downs.

Uncertainty. Inconsistent income. Loneliness. Doubt.

I'm the first to say it hasn't been easy. But my goodness has it been worth it!!

To live with such a deep sense of authenticity.
To be immersed in such fulfilling work.
To play to my strengths every day.
To be leaping into my potential.
To learn about things I am deeply interested in.
To discover so much about myself along the way.

In a way that feels calm and balanced, rooted in a deep knowing and guided by my intuition.

There have been moments I have wobbled. But behind it all was a vision and a deep desire.

To free individuals from cages where the door is wide open and build the lives they are meant for.

To not just be a good coach but an exceptional one.

Knowing myself how impossible life can feel when you carry the weight of not feeling good enough. Of not trusting yourself. Of not taking action.

Slowing down doesn't create laziness.

It creates space.

Space for your own thoughts and ideas.
Space for self trust to build.
Space for deep gratitude to be felt.

Urgency. Chaos. Pressure. Rushing.

These are not what will bring you achievement that feels fulfilling.

After so much hard work, you will feel owed success. And if it doesn't come? Extreme disappointment.

High expectations and never slowing down do not make for a strong foundation for success.

It likely means burnout, a lack of presence, and never truly appreciating a win before moving onto the next goal.

It is not a sustainable model.

Ambition is a positive but not when the main driver is fear.

You deserve to feel content and at peace. To truly enjoy your achievements and feel deeply aligned with your actions. To live a life where meaning and success are intertwined.
