And just like that it's Monday morning again.

As the world sleepily awakes and the ramp up to the slow down begins, take a moment for those who are ramping up for a crazy busy time of year. If our actions in what we do can make it easier or harder for them then let's maybe try make it easier

So bring on the day Monday we are ready. A new dog has joined the gang last night and as the interest of older dogs slows the harder it becomes for our guys to find their perfect homes. With all their quirks they do require a little more bespoke a home and family than some.

When u still have work to do but u jump in to cover a quick body pump class. Don't worry I did change 🤣 and no I'm not a games keeper

I often hear, I don't have time or I'm too tired to train. Make time, look at how u fuel yourself to make sure you are able to train.

I hit 50 hours a week with my job and teach on top and some days it's tough but u don't have to do that much, just a little extra.

30 min classes are amazing, u don't have to think, just turn up and before you know its its over.

Plan ahead, choose those easier days and build up to the harder ones. Eat and drink to fuel ahead
