Come along to one of my yoga tots classes where for 2 weeks only you can come and try for a fiver a class! I've decided as a festive treat to spread this to all three classes, but it is limited to a handful of tickets at each location so get booking quick!

A drop off afternoon for children from 5 to 12, we will be making the cutest penguin decorations as well as doing some festive yoga! Great to give you some Sunday downtime or get some shopping done while knowing your children will be active, Creative and having a jolly festive time 🎁

For one time only, Go with The Flow Yoga Tots will be offering three sessions at £5 each over December! So come and give Yoga Tots a go!

Join Go with The Flow at St Anne’s House for joyful, creative sessions designed to help your little one move, explore and express themselves. Each class blends gentle movement, music, imaginative play and age-appropriate mindfulness to support early development in a warm, welcoming environment.

Who’s it for?
Children aged 18 months to 5 years, with their grown-ups.

How it works
Each week offers a mix of songs, storytelling, movement, props and sensory elements — helping little ones tune into their bodies, feelings and imaginations. No experience needed; just bring comfy clothes and enthusiasm.
