Last night, we had the absolute pleasure of hosting the Manchester Law Society Supper Club at the beautiful Pip Restaurant at Manchester’s Treehouse Hotel 🧡

From start to finish, the evening was filled with fantastic conversation, warm connections, and a truly memorable dining experience.

Pip proved to be the perfect setting — stylish, welcoming, and full of character. The food was exceptional, the service seamless, and the atmosphere buzzing with the energy of colleagues and friends coming together to share ideas, stories, and plenty of laughter.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the night so special. Events like these remind us how strong, supportive, and vibrant our legal community truly is 🥰

Though renowned across our region, for the very first time the two faith-leaders will be delivering their talk and Q+A session to a legal community, exploring themes such as faith, identity, and the transformative power of dialogue.

Back by popular demand, we are thrilled to be restarting our inter-professional networking dinners — this time, with a fresh rebrand.

Formally known as the Manchester Professionals’ Dinner Clubs, these events were a solid staple in our social calendar, popular amongst our membership and wider network for its ability to bring together individuals from the entire business spectrum. These dinners gave opportunities for collaboration, cross-referrals and connection in the finest restaurants Manchester had to offer.

Now, after months of preparation, we are relaunching with the ‘MLS Supper Clubs‘, designed to bring back these invaluable opportunities of informal yet powerful professional networking.

Last night, we celebrated the achievements made by our President, Fiona Ledden, during her year of Office at our annual President’s Council Dinner 🥂

We praised Fiona’s unwavering commitment to maintaining and expanding our ED&I efforts, both within the Society and the wider legal community. We also honoured her years of public service as City Solicitor, and the incredible insight her experience gave to the Society.

With some amazing speeches and some amusing (albeit useful!) presents, we hope that we were able to convey our immense gratitude and appreciation towards Fiona’s dedication to her role as President.

A massive thank you to those who attended and to all our Council members, who are an invaluable part of our Society.
