Hey everyone 👋 It’s been a while since I last posted, I’ve been busy building a new business.
Lately, I’ve been reading a lot and I’m on the hunt for fresh recommendations in the personal growth space. I’ve made my way through most of my current collection and would love to hear what’s inspired you recently in the world of books.
Here are a few books that really made an impact on me:

Reminded me that no matter what we eat or how much we exercise, none of it matters unless we’re breathing correctly. It completely changed the way I think about health and longevity.

Opened my eyes to attachment styles and how they shape relationships, friendships, and communication.
📖 Freedom from Anxiety by Hayley Austin
Full of practical strategies for managing stress and anxiety, with the reminder that we don’t have to be at the mercy of it.
