For our final post for National Apprenticeship Week 2026, we’re sharing the impact that apprenticeships have had for both Lifeways and our team members. 🌟

For us, apprenticeships are far more than qualifications. They’re a gateway to building confidence, developing new skills and opening pathways to progression, all while continuing to make a real difference to the people we support every day.

Congratulations to all of our apprentices – we're proud of their hard work and dedication. 👏
