26 bones, 33 joints and thousands of miles - Our feet work so hard. They offer constant support, balance and more mobility than we realise. Sometimes we need to show them some love in return! Massage can help relieve muscular aches and pains, improve mobility, reduce swelling - particularly during pregnancy, md of course can be very relaxing. Thank you feet!
