Hello I’m Andrea founder of Inner Pathways, a conscious community based on living a more holistic and integrated life.
I work as an Holistic Transformational Practitioner, offering a range of Therapies, Energy Work and my speciality Treatment Packages bringing together the many modalities, skills and tools I’ve learnt over the years to offer you a full holistic experience.
I’m also trained as a Kundalini Dance Facilitator and Alchemical Priestess and facilitate women’s circles and workshops utilising various transformational tools and sacred practices to re-connect, heal and transform to support fulfilling your potential.
I work with many people though from my own personal experiences my main focus is with women who are stressed, burned out, who feel lost, isolated or restricted by life circumstances, who have low self esteem or self worth or have disconnected from their body, emotions and sexual energy.
I’m also a Reiki Teacher and teach all three levels of this transformational and self-empowering Energy Healing Modality.
A little more about me:
I’ve always been a ‘sensitive’ and have been interested in all things alternative since childhood, for many years I experienced low self-worth, lack of confidence, I felt isolated and misunderstood. Puberty threw me into years of emotional turmoil and I dipped in and out of depression and I’ve had issues in relationships with intimacy, my sexuality and fertility.
I guess my healing journey began in 2001 when I attended a Mind, Body & Spirit event and heard a talk on Reiki. I couldn’t wait to do my Level 1 & 2 trainings which gave a life changing experience! I LOVED it, so much started to make sense! Then in 2003 I completed my Reiki Level 3 Teacher training. I guess I was hooked so went on to train in many other Holistic Therapies and Healing modalities such as Karuna Reiki, Magnified Healing®, Swedish Body Massage, Reflexology and Indian Head Massage. In 2006 I was given an opportunity to work as a Therapist in an Holistic Centre for a year as being Elemis trained and learnt Hydrotherm Massage using Ayurvedic oils.
Unfortunately in 2006 alternative and spiritual offerings weren’t as popular as they are today so I had to go back to work in ‘the office’ where I stayed for 10 years...it was a high pressured corporate world and sadly it became a toxic, stressful and disempowering environment to work. In 2016 due to many different factors, I was that physically, mentally and emotionally depleted that I guess I reached meltdown and felt forced to quit my job with limiting lifestyle, to have some much needed time out and to do something that was more my calling.
In more recent years I've continued on my path of self-healing and spiritual development and have attended regular meditation and yoga classes, workshops and retreats. Then in 2016 I gained the Advanced Practitioner Level in Transference Healing®, which was inspired after first hand experience of receiving the frequency on my own journey of self-healing and was also guided to work more on a Shamanic path having completed the 'Nature Wisdom teachings of the Inka' to connect more directly with the elements earth, water, fire, air and ether and then learnt Shamanic Energy Healing to enhance and evolve my healing skills.
In 2016 I found the work of Leyolah Antara and did many personal development courses working with Kundalini Shakti, then in 2017 completed a 9 month Priestess Training programme and started my journey to train as a Kundalini Dance Facilitator. Kundalini Dance is an Ecstatic Embodiment Practice, using breathwork and energy movement keys for Ta***ic Alchemy and Sacred Inner Union. These trainings have supported my own personal evolutionary journey, deepening my connection and awaken my sacred soul purpose as a transformational practitioner, healer and guide.
I’m also a Member of the FHT and UK Reiki Federation and continually strive to expand my experience, learning and knowledge.
My favourite part of having this inspiring and soulful business, it allows me to be creative and offers flexibility and freedom to work my own hours. It’s also more in resonance with who I AM. I feel more aligned and in flow by doing this work and never been happier.
