Yoga Inspires with Ntathu Allen Hello! My passion comes from having a miscarriage and then losing my cousin and brother, all within about 5 years.

Hugs, and Welcome, I’ve written 5 best-selling books to help entrepreneurial women all over the world who have lost a loved one to release tension, get peace of heart and a peaceful night's sleep so that they can reengage with life - without worry. I dealt with some intense grief that kept me awake at night, crying myself to sleep. So I know what it feels like to lose someone, struggle with sleep and be a total wreck. But, through a combination of yoga, meditation, and deeply personal work, I was able to become stronger because of the pain I experienced. And so now, I help all women all over the world who have lost a loved one to release tension, get peace of heart and a peaceful night's sleep so that they can reengage with life - without worry.

Let's talk about gratitude.

What are you grateful for today?

💜This week, I am leaning into the power of gratitude and in my personal practice spending time to see how I can bring more gratitude in my day.

Here's a list I wrote a while back and am as grateful today, as I was back then for the blessings in my life.

#1: I am grateful for the early morning sounds of c***s crowing reminding me that it is a new day and I’m glad to be alive.

#2: I am grateful for my box breathing exercise because it helps to strengthen my lungs.

#3: I am grateful for my pelvic floor and my willingness to strengthen and nurture my core.

#4: I am thankful for YouTube educational videos and tutorials I can watch which enhance my understanding of life.

#5: I am thankful for my parent’s vibrant health because I’m inspired to be as healthy as them when I’m mid 80s.

#6: I am thankful for digital technology which helps me stay connected with friends and loved ones.

#7: I am thankful for my early morning thoughts and journal practice because it helps to keep me aligned and connected.

#8: I am thankful for my glasses and my eyesight because it means I can see clearly.

#9: I am thankful for my breath and knowing how to breathe and meditate.

#10: I am grateful I took steps to be self-employed and love what I do.🌷

Because as much as I believe in the power of meditation and pranayama to change our life, I believe we are here to ultimately support & care for each other and use the tools of our spiritual practices to ground our energy, heal and share our gifts to build a peaceful, inclusive and joyful society.
