Recently, whilst on retreat, I found myself gazing out at the trees each morning. I noticed how effortlessly they released their leaves. How gracefully they surrendered them to the earth, ready for transformation.

In that sacred space, I listened deeply in a way I never had before. And in that stillness, clarity came, gently and without force.

Removing myself from the outside world, switching off my phone being in the silence.

What had felt like a struggle to let go of began to dissolve. The answers arose naturally, whispers from my soul. Time for me to be with whatever needed tending to, moment by moment. A deeply holding space which allowed my nervous system to sigh, rest and reset.

That’s the potent and powerful magic of retreat space where rest, renewal, and rising begin to weave together.

Carving out sacred space to come back to ourselves takes courage, trust, and devotion. For some it may feel easyto create these spaces. For others it may take a lot of fore thought and planning to make it happen.

But it is so worth it, I have yet to meet a women who regrets planning retreat space for themselves. ✨

We all need sacred spaces to be listened to, seen, held. Where we feel safe to share life’s messiness and what it evokes within us.

This is my passion, my calling to create deeply healing, safe and transformative spaces for women.

I have two retreats early 2026 both in North Cornwall.

I am back after a deeply soul nourishing three weeks - my heart is full💛

It started with the amazing Trauma Release, Kinesiology informed training with Waves of Wellness - Lexi Dells

I’m so excited to see the transformation this training will bring in my own life, and how this will integrate into my work, supporting the women who come to my offerings.📚✨

The following weekend I held space at the Autumn Rebalance Retreat Holiday Cottages and Shepherds Huts, Pencuke Farm, Cornwall

This was a deeply restorative gathering of soul led women, where we explored our relationship with self devotion and tending to our needs. We shared, cried, laughed and healed. So much magic happens when women gather in sacred circle at these retreats ✨

Lastly restorative time for me 💛💛💛

A few days self retreat in Praa Sands where the daily view and sound of the ocean soothed my nervous system, relaxed my mind and fed my soul 💛 And a deeply restorative massage session with the wonderfully healing hands of Debra Payne, who will be offering heart centred, intuitive treatments at the 2026 retreats I will be holding.

The last part of these restorative few weeks took me back to the magikal land of Boscastle for a 6 day retreat 💛

Heartfelt gratitude beyond words to the beautiful women who gathered and the cocoon of love, sisterhood and healing created by The Owl & The Apothecary

I know in order to hold space for others I have to be fully committed to my own learning, soul discovery and healing journey and I AM🙏

I have to be willing to do the deep shadow work myself.

I have to be willing to harness my courage and steadily move through the fear. 💪

I do all this for me, my family, clients, ancestors and the planet. When we show up in the world authentically and committed to our own journeys of self discovery and healing everyone benefits.

So much love and gratitude to all of you out there conciously choosing to be on a healing path at this time 🙏

The world needs more love and less fear. 💛🌍💛
