I first became a therapist in June 2000, when I qualified as a counsellor, and use my listening skills in my physical therapy work. After gaining a distinction in my Anatomy & Physiology Diploma, I qualified in holistic massage, Indian head massage and pregnancy massage, and also became a Reiki Master under the tuition of Carole Haigh at Dundee University. I offer hour-long sessions in holistic massage, pregnancy massage and Reiki, as well as half-hour treatments of Indian head massage and Reiki. Both Reiki and Indian head massage treatments are provided over clothing, and Reiki can be delivered without touch if this is preferable to the client. Towels and blankets are provided for holistic and pregnancy massage, to preserve client modesty. All my therapies provide deep relaxation and stress-relief, promoting an increased feeling of well-being and improved mental clarity.
