Join Joanne for an introductory extended afternoon to Purestretch!
Exercising in any form is usually a great benefit to the body. It keeps you fit and healthy and makes you feel good about yourself, although stretching is one of the main components of fitness. It’s also one of the most neglected!
A Purestretch class is designed to move and stretch the entire body whilst giving the core a really good workout. The session should leave you feeling stimulated, with an overall improvement to moving more freely. Its’s suitable for all abilities so anyone can attend and enjoy!
Afterwards, you may feel you have been drawn attention to your imbalances and inflexibility (we all have them!), but you’ll have the confidence to be encouraged to stretch more, most importantly add it to create more balance to your fitness routine.
