Go2Wellbeing Go2Wellbeing enabling people to be healthier and happier at work and at home. We offer courses and The courses are delivered in our space or in your workplace.

Go2Wellbeing aims to help people of all ages using our unique programme. The programme that has been developed will look at dealing with stress, problem solving, making sense of mindfulness, how food can influence mood, as well as general wellbeing. Our space is also used for craft and wellbeing, along with offering taster sessions of a wide number of activities and hobbies such as nordic walking, singing, crafts and pilates and yoga.

💚 Just a quick ask…have you completed the adult MHFA one day or two day course either with us or someone else in the last 3-4 years? If so would be interested in refreshing those skills and keeping your certificate valid? We are looking to run an online course so just seeing we have the numbers to do it…
