I absolutely swear by this!

I’ve lost count of the amount of people I’ve rehabbed over the last two decades, who have found their way to a Pilates/ body weight practice through carrying an injury.

They simply end up getting hooked 😍😍😍

I put it down to the mindful mastery of the discipline 🧠✨💪🏻 and of course the way it makes your body feel ten years younger 💁🏼‍♀️
