🥊TEEN BOXING & MARTIAL ARTS 🥊

Thursdays at 4.30pm is our Boxing & Martial Arts class for 13-17 year olds.

The class is designed around using X4 PUNCHES and X2 KICKS which are simple to learn and are practiced on the punch bags and through shadow boxing.

It’s a mixed class in groups of x8 and focuses on fitness & coordination whilst building confidence and self esteem.

This is for all abilities and serves as a great outlet for stress & anxiety from school work, exams, social media & modern life.

As an added bonus the teens will also be taught a martial arts form using the Nunchuks.

✅The class re starts Thursday the 4th of September at 4.30pm-5.10pm.

✅£40 for x4 sessions.

✅FREE TRIAL SESSIONS are available on request.

TEENS STRENGTH & CONDITIONING CLASS

This September introduce your teenage sons & daughters to the gym with our Teens S&C Class for 13-18 year olds.

Feel confident knowing they’re receiving the best coaching & exercise selection for their age group through our years of experience in training young adults.

Plus we include some cardiovascular conditioning and flexibility work.

✅Working out in groups provides the perfect outlet for stress & anxiety from school work, exams, social media & modern life.

✅This is tailored for all abilities & is something anyone can do and really enjoy. It’s complimentary to all sports & a great alternative if team sports just aren’t their thing!

Mentorship July 2025 is done.

We covered -

Inbody check ins and how the coaches nutrition programs and body composition work is going.

The testing structure for all modules that’s starting.

Calisthenics - level 1 floor flow drills 1-10

Calisthenics - low ring drills 1-10

Upper body weights with gym members - 6 stage circuit using kettlebells, dumbbells, cable machines and clubs.

Live assessment and programming session where Tom took British no 1 and World no 2 female cycling athlete through a full assessment, coaching and program delivery session infront of the 14 coaches - all in 45 minutes.

Tai Chi and qigong work.

Strength and club training session.

Full upper/lower weights training and coaching session.

Boxing and martial arts drills from our punch out classes covering all the drills required for our level 1 testing.

Nutritional consultations in groups of 3 to develop a rotational diet over 4-7 days for each other with a multitude of considerations.

Q&A session.

Some very good results from various coaches with great improvements from 2 in particular - Altaf who has rebounded excellently from heart surgery and threw himself into all aspects this weekend and Kirstie who has improved her body composition by 10kg this year and is in a completely different mindset to when she started.
