Vicky didn’t need another diet.

She needed to stop blaming her body for doing what it was designed to do.

Perimenopause had completely drained her energy, and her weight wouldn’t shift. She was making so much effort using the rusty old “eat less, move more” advice, but it was simply making things worse.

“Eat less, move more” wrecks your metabolism in midlife - it triggers stress, spikes your cortisol, and leaves you exhausted, frustrated and stuck.

So we did the opposite 💪
