FOOD FREEDOM, BODY APPRECIATION, BALANCE & FULFILMENT

What a journey it's been! Eighteen months ago, I launched my holistic health coaching business, HealthMade, and since then, my area of expertise has expanded again đ
Over the years, the coaching I offer has been closely related to my own journey within health and fitness but after a few turbulent years, I reached a point where I HAD to re-assess how my own approach to 'fitness' was serving me (or NOT serving me, should I say)... and since then, I've been on quite the healing journey.
For me, this process has been all about finding FOOD FREEDOM, developing more APPRECIATION for my body, and ultimately achieving more BALANCE and ENJOYMENT in my life. Before this, my life felt consumed by fitnessâit was both my business and, really, my only passion. It started to feel like fitness was the only thing my life centred around and that's why I branched out to do a holistic health qualificationâI needed that shift to regain a healthy balance!
The beauty now, is that I've been able to revisit all the learnings from my fitness days that did genuinely benefit me, while also incorporating the practices, knowledge, and experience of a more holistic approach to health... and now I can combine the two!
So, this is exactly what I've done! I've been working on a new method that helps anyone who wants to achieve a physical fitness goal while also adding more joy, consistency, fun and FLEXIBILITY into their life.
