🦷 Mouth Cancer Awareness 🦷

Mouth cancer can affect anyone, and early detection is key. Regular dental check-ups and being aware of the signs can make all the difference.

🔍 Know the signs:
Persistent mouth ulcers.
Lumps or thickening in the mouth or neck.
Red or white patches in the mouth.
Difficulty swallowing or speaking

🚫 Reduce your risk:
Quit smoking and avoid to***co products.
Limit alcohol intake.
Eat a balanced diet rich in fruits and vegetables.
Practice good oral hygiene.
Attend regular dental check-ups.

🗣️ Be and encourage others to do the same. Together, we can raise awareness and help prevent mouth cancer.
