🙌💃Dance fit after school club starting back up again 💃🙌

Starting off at Scremerston Primary School next term 🥳🎉

Dance Fit sessions include;

-Fun routines with various dance styles💃🕺
-Dance based games 🏆
-Chance to Choreograph using different methods (my favourite being dance by chance, the roll of a dice choosing your next move 🎲)
-Props to dance with e.g. glowsticks, belly dancing sarongs, disco lights, hats and many more
-Neon face paints 🎨
-And a party session for the last week of term with wee prizes🪩

These sessions will help improve coordination, confidence, and overall fitness in a social and enjoyable setting. But most importantly they will have FUN whilst doing so😁

Song requests welcome if you know your children are coming along 😁🎶

Change in class title....
'Zumba' will now be called 'Dance Fit'

Dance Fit is a fun, cardio-based workout class that uses easy-to-follow dance moves set to music, combining aerobic exercise with strength and flexibility training in a judgment-free zone for all fitness levels 🫶

Starting;Monday 2nd March
Where; Ancroft Hall
How much; £5 or £20 for 5 class pass
Time; 6-6.45pm

Tuesday classes at 6-6.45pm; 17th March

Not long till all sessions start returning. From March I'll gradually be returning to classes 😁 starting off with Zumba. Please spread the word 😁💃

Super proud of my boy ☺️💙
Highly recommend swimming lessons for your youngsters at Berwick Leisure Centre. So important for them 💙 especially in the area we live in ☺️
-and a bonus...you can enjoy a cuppa for half an hour in peace whilst watching 😂👌

Our little swimmer Rory has officially passed Stage 3 of our Learn 2 Swim programme 🎉
Celebrating with baby brother Charlie by his side ❤️

Rory has worked so hard over the years, starting his swimming journey in our Ducklings programme at just 3 years old — what an achievement!

Well done Rory, we are so proud of you 👏💙

Me and baby Charlie hitting the gym to get my fitness back up to scratch 👌 Charlie didn't nap for long as you can see 😂🙈💙

New exciting training underway whilst I'm on maternity leave.
I'm also going to be thinking about my class timetable soon. Hoping to return to the majority of them but also looking at mixing things up a bit and to fit it around new mum life of 2. If you have any requests/suggestions for classes please feel free to let me know. Or what you really wouldn't want to lose.

Just heard the sad news of one of our lovely aqua ladies at BLC who sadly passed away.
She was a wonderful kind lady, my thoughts are with Jill's friends and family ❤️ x

Happy Monday 🎉

Hope we all have a fab week ☺️ and are enjoying the summer hols so far!

My baby boy is already 6 weeks old tomorrow 😲 where has the time gone!?

Hope you're not missing me too much! I'm defo missing my workouts with you all but I have started some light workouts and hoping to step it up a gear this week. Hope you're all having fun keeping active still ☺️ 

I've been getting some song inspiration for classes since being off.   And thinking about whether to introduce some new classes too. Exciting! 💃 Can't wait to shake my b***y on the dancefloor again!
