I’m really pleased to share that over the Winter I've completed my Celtic Reiki Levels 1 & 2.

Celtic Reiki is an earth-based energy healing modality, drawing energy up through the feet and root, rather than down through the crown. It works gently and deeply to support grounding, balance, emotional release, and nervous system regulation.

Big thanks to Chris at The Asgard Academy for his guidance and teaching with these courses.

I’ll be weaving Celtic Reiki into my 1-to-1 sessions, sound baths, and acu-sound treatments through Wild Selkie Wellbeing.

Join us for a full-day Drum Birthing Workshop on Friday 27th March, focusing on the medicine of the Horse.

This is a special, dedicated workshop focused solely on the medicine, wisdom, and spirit of the Horse. All drums birthed during this day will be 16” frame drums, crafted from the same horse hide, creating a powerful sense of shared lineage, herd energy, and collective connection among the group.

On Monday 2nd February, the Full Moon rises beneath the watchful presence of Rowan - tree of protection, insight, and sacred fire.

Often called the Tree of Life or Tree of Enchantment, Rowan stands at the threshold between worlds, guarding the way with bright berries and quiet strength.

Under the Rowan Full Moon, emotions and truths come into sharp focus.

This is a moon of clarity and courage — illuminating what needs to be seen, spoken, or strengthened. Rowan does not shy away from challenge; instead, it teaches us how to stand rooted in our truth while remaining open to wisdom from beyond the veil.
