Thank you to everyone who joined me for the sound bath at Castle Connections this evening.

We took some time to slow down, settle in, and let the sounds wash over us as we eased into the week ahead.

On Tuesday night - 17th February - the sky will be empty of moonlight, and the world softens into quiet.

We also reach the end of Rowan time in the Celtic Ogham calendar. Rowan stands as a guardian at the threshold - a tree of protection, insight, and gentle boundary-keeping. The dark moon does not ask us to begin… it asks us to release.

Take a little time on Tuesday to sit with what has been carried too long.
Name what no longer belongs to you.
Let the darkness hold it.

Like lanterns at the roots of the tree, even the smallest light is enough when we pause and listen.

A night for stillness, clearing, and returning to yourself.

I’m really pleased to share that over the Winter I've completed my Celtic Reiki Levels 1 & 2.

Celtic Reiki is an earth-based energy healing modality, drawing energy up through the feet and root, rather than down through the crown. It works gently and deeply to support grounding, balance, emotional release, and nervous system regulation.

Big thanks to Chris at The Asgard Academy for his guidance and teaching with these courses.

I’ll be weaving Celtic Reiki into my 1-to-1 sessions, sound baths, and acu-sound treatments through Wild Selkie Wellbeing.

Join us for a full-day Drum Birthing Workshop on Friday 27th March, focusing on the medicine of the Horse.

This is a special, dedicated workshop focused solely on the medicine, wisdom, and spirit of the Horse. All drums birthed during this day will be 16” frame drums, crafted from the same horse hide, creating a powerful sense of shared lineage, herd energy, and collective connection among the group.
