Bipolar is just as much an illness as a broken limb, you just cannot see it. With all the media coverage about stopping this stigma, all our lives will be much improved in the future when the talking becomes a reality. If one wish could be granted it would be for everyone with a Bipolar Disorder to have the knowledge to understand their illness. With a clearer understanding there would be large numbers of people who could have help to control their lives. Choices has developed Educational boards that aim to help people with the illness in every circle of their life, from their family to workplace.
