For every class you attend in December your name will be entered into a prize draw! 🎉

We have 3 prizes, a fitness/xmas hamper which includes glow sticks, band, socks, sweat towel, mat carrier, food, drink, water bottle, muscle rub, class pass and more! 🎁

We have 5 classes and a PT sessions with me for a prize! 🏆 💪🏻 winners will be pulled out on our last class of the year!

Xmas songs will be added to classes this week 🎵 ⛄️ 🎅🏻 🎄
Our last class of the year will be Thursday 18th Dec!
