If you can’t join us for the fitafon then please pop by to purchase some raffle tickets or come for some cake & tea.
The fitafon is 2-4pm then there’s a chance for tea and cake after with the raffle being called from 4-5pm 🧁 ☕️

We also have a huge fitness wear sale 👚🩳👟 (still taking donations) pop along to have grab a new outfit.

The ultimate dance inspired dumbbell workout 💃🏼 💪🏻 using 1kg-2.5kg weights & resistance b***y bands. Easy to follow routines with just 3-5 moves per track.

You’ll be having fun, all whilst getting stronger and fitter to some banging tunes 🎵 🖤

Dumbbells & b***y bands are available to borrow at class - just bring a mat & water 💦
