Funny how these myths and cultural memes appear throughout history!

Myrddin was apparently a bard, who after witnessing the horrors of battle fled to the woods - he was the wild man, one who's "gift of prophecy" likely arose from alchemising his pain through connecting with nature and creativity 🧙🏻‍♂️

This makes sense to me; our gifts come online the more we awaken and connect with our life force energy, nature and creativity are two of the best methods for that!

Trees hold so much wisdom!

Turns out, it's often the way I feel about something in my life rather than the thing that I'm actually reacting to which is co-writing the story of my life!

"How do you feel before, during and after..."

A big example of this was food. When I checked in, before, during and after eating I was feeling guilt...

No wonder I was having bad gut issues! 🦠
