Meet my loaded cake tin frittatas 🍳

Currently making these on repeat at the moment as they make for the best breakfast, lunch, snack or dinner. Packed with protein, fibre, healthy fats, and carbohydrates making it a fantastic balanced option.

Best part is you can use up whatever veggies you have in the fridge. You can keep it 100% veggie or add in ham/chorizo/sausage.

For one cake tin:
8 eggs
250ml egg whites
Salt, pepper, mixed herbs
Whatever veggies you like
Grated cheese

1. Pre cook veggies in an air fryer / oven / pan
2. Grease a 20cm cake tin
3. Layer up veggies
4. Whisk together eggs and egg whites with herbs, salt and pepper
5. Carefully pour egg mixture over veggies, making sure the egg has evenly spread through the veggies
6. Finish with grated cheese
7. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 45-55 mins

Store in an air tight container in the fridge

Enjoy hot or cold 👌

A shout out post to every single person I was able to work with this year 💛

Being able to help people in so many different ways is why I adore what I do.

When I see hard work pay off, goals achieved, people living a happier healthier life, or feeling more confident in themselves, it’s the best feeling knowing I’ve been apart of that journey.

My diary is already filling up for the new year which makes me so excited ⚡️

I have also been working hard on building something which I am so excited to launch in the new year… more on that to come soon 🚀
