🎄 Already we are feeling the pressures & incoming stress levels rise with Christmas on the way - yes, it’s true….its nearly here!🎄😂💖

🌿 I’ve designed this meditation hour to deeply relax you, to allow 60minutes of calm all for you, and to clear your 7 main chakras so you may feel lighter, have more clarity, have more energy & to just feel better!!🌿

💖 We will begin with some gentle Pranayama - soft breathing exercises that will calm & focus the mind…
The mind does not stop thinking- that’s what it does - so we’re not trying to stop the mind from thinking….
We’re calming the thoughts, giving them the ‘slip’ for a wee while, so your mind & body can sync in a space of relaxation…🙏🏼🌸🥰

🌿 Then I will lead you on a beautiful 7 Chakra cleanse guided meditation, allowing you to open the main energy centres in your body and release blockages and / or negative energy from them…
You will in turn feel lighter & able to deal with life a lot easier…with more calmness & non-stressed ways of thinking…🙏🏼💖

🌿 To close, there will be some gentle sound healing which will raise your energetic vibration even further😄💫

💫 A blanket for coziness
💫 Water

Heyyyyy wonderful people!!💐

As a woman who has Endometriosis, and a member of Endometriosis UK, I’ve just signed up to do their wonderful - 10K at the end of January 2026…💫💛💪🏽

I have set up a Just Giving page, and I would be SO SO thrilled for any donations you may be able to give!🙏🏼😍💐

Millions of women have Endometriosis ( Endo ), and so many don’t even realise they have it…

Debilitating pain, severe cramps, major blood loss, loss of energy, loss of work and just a generally crippling time for so many…

Every . Single. Month.💔

It has been scientifically proven, that the strength of pain at the start of the Endo bout, is equivalent to a heart attack.
So I, and millions of other women, have a ‘heart attack’ every month, year after year after year…,
F**k.

S**t needs to change.
There’s no known cure.
Jacksh*t has gone into any research into this until recently….

Raising money for this is extremely important to me as I want to help all of us women out there who have this.💖

The walk can be done anytime between 19th-25th Jan 2026, however, due to my own Endo dates, I will need to confirm which exact date I can do a bit closer into January!🙈🫶🏽💪🏽

But I’m a warrior - I shall do this with gusto!😍💪🏽

🍂😍 WHAT a wonderful, wholesome, nourishing, deeply relaxing & awesome weekend at my fanTASTIC friend Claire’s scrumptious cottage in Gloucester!!!🌲💐🙏🏼🍂🌿💫

🌸 I’ve been spoiled rotten - loads of luscious home-cooked food, HUGE laughs, amaaaazeballs red wine, adventures to the village pub, attempted Scrabble but had to abort (🤣🤣 ), village walk, country air, a stunning massage, more food, and just 100% gorgeousness for my soul😍💐🌿🌸💫💖

💖 It’s done me the world of good - I’m SOOOOOO so grateful , and the Universe, I feel fantasticals!!!💖😘😘😘😘😘

🌿🍂🍁Stunning walk and some deep grounding in a different part of earlier today - I really should come over this side more often, it’s soooooo pretty….🌿🍂

🍂 Not sure if a solar flare has hit this afternoon, but I was suddenly total wipeout on the walk!!💥😂🙏🏼🙈🍁🌻🌻

🍁 Could’ve fallen asleep standing up!!

🌿 There’s a thickness in the energy today, I could feel it, smell it, almost touch it….

🌿 Hydration is still major right now, as well as gentleness to the self, BIG TIME!!💖…..
