Spent yesterday with ABC Paramedic Services to renew my First Aid training, hopefully I'll never need to use any of it! For anyone who does need help in an emergency, make sure you know where to find your nearest defibrillator.

The Medicines & Healthcare products Regulatory Agency confirm that taking paracetamol during pregnancy remains safe and there is no evidence it causes autism in children.
