Online coaching is now open.
After a difficult few months and stepping back from taking on new clients, I’m now reopening a small number of online coaching spaces.
Over that time, one thing has become even clearer to me:
As we get older, strength, mobility, and resilience aren’t optional.
They’re what allow us to stay independent, confident, and capable in everyday life.
That’s exactly what my coaching focuses on.
No extreme workouts.
No gym intimidation.
No one-size-fits-all plans.
Just practical, realistic coaching designed to help you:
Build strength safely
Improve mobility
Reduce everyday aches and pains
Feel more confident in your body
This is especially for people over 40 who:
Feel stiff or weaker than they used to
Have recurring aches or injuries
Want a simple, structured plan
Prefer training at home or in a calm environment
There are now 4 levels of online support, starting from £49 per month, depending on how much guidance you’d like.
To keep things manageable, I’m opening just 5 online spaces this month.
